Exclude from iTunes Backup Preference

Just read the iLounge article on "Every File Storage app for iPhones":

Unfortunately they forgot to cover both TouchFS and Caravan... Very poor research on their part!

Anyway, I like the idea of having a preference in TouchFS to exclude files stored in the TouchFS volume from the iTunes Backup process... which takes ages as it is and would probably take even longer if it had to backup all the files stored in TouchFS as well. Maybe something you could add in a future update?

I think the only way of preventing iTunes from backing up everything in an app's Documents folder (where TouchFS stores your uploaded files) is to not use the Documents folder.  *smile*


We could use the Temp folder each app is allowed to write to instead...I just don't know what other ramifications that may have for us–and your files.
