I can't open or view my file (word.doc , picture.jpg) inside my iPhone

Hi
i can't open or view my file ( word.doc , picture.jpg) inside iphone!
when i cilck on file open properties windows only.

Office documents finally supported...

The current version (1.0) doesn't have support for Microsoft Office documents–and it was never advertised that it did–and it misses files with uppercase/mixed case file extensions. Trust me...my developer peers aren't letting me hear the end of this bug *smirk*

Make sure your jpgs have a lowercase file extension for now. If they still aren't viewable in version 1.0, please send a sample file to our support email address and we'll be able to determine what's going on.

Now, the good news...we've just uploaded version 1.1 to iTunes yesterday, which adds Office document support, and will open other supported file types regardless of file extension case, so both of these "issues" will be resolved when Apple completes their review process and TouchFS is allowed out to the public. Hopefully, this will only take a week to ten days.

Again, if you have jpg files that can't be opened, and you made sure they have lowercase file extensions, please send them in and we'll get to the bottom of it for you.

I Eat Crow

Well, well, well...I just looked at iTunes and saw that the TouchFS description mentions being able to open Office documents. When the new version of the app was uploaded for review last night, we entered an updated description, thinking it would ONLY APPLY TO THE UPDATED VERSION. Unfortunately, it didn't.

Even though the Office document feature was entered in the 1.1 description, the live 1.0 description was updated to match. @#$@#$% Nowhere did I see this mentioned in the documentation about posting updates to iTunes.

I have since restored the original description that matches the currently available 1.0 feature set, and apologize to any one who purchased TouchFS on the faulty information.

Rest assured, Office document viewing will be available when the 1.1 version passes it's review by Apple. (Not that this excuses what's happened)

We are definitely not in the business of jerking our users around, and apologize for this again...and again...and again.
