Ability to download attachment from web to iPhone
let's suppose I get a doc attachment from my web based email that I would like to edit in my mac or pc. With the 2.0 software I simply cannot do it. It would be nice if I could download any attachment From my web based email save it in my iphone, sent it to my mac for editing. After that I could revert this process to upload the edited file from mac to my iPhone and then send the attachment. Is this feAture possible in the non-jailbroken iPhone? Could this be implemented with the touchfs system?
Thank you

Not "Exactly"
You aren't allowed to save email attachments from your iPhone, as there is no way for you to access "the file system". You can't even send data/files from one application to another.
You can email the message containing the attachment from your iPhone to your computer, where you can edit the attachment, and then upload it back to your iPhone running TouchFS...not really seamless though. We're planning on adding the ability to email your files directly from TouchFS in a future update, but that feature is not present now.
Iif you're going through all this trouble using your computer to edit the document in the first place though, you may as well just resend it from your computer too.
