Have bought touchfs and it's loaded into my pc's itunes applications but can't get it onto my ipod touch. Am at a complete loss! Help?

You'll need to synchronize your iPhone with iTunes.  That should transfer any purchased apps to your iPod. Once purchased in iTunes, you may even be able to download TouchFS directly from your iPod with the App Store, without paying again. Also there should be a Synchronize Applications check box somewhere that you will need to check.  You can select all applications and every time you synchronize, it will sync them to your iPhone/iPod.
