"Vista" Update May Work For XP Too

If you're having issues connecting w/Windows XP, take a look at the link posted on the support page under the Windows Vista Assistance section.

It's a link to a Microsoft update for any version of Windows, not just Vista...it may help other XP users too. I'll paste it here for easy reference...it's called the Software Update for Web Folders (KB907306):
