Compress PDFs for better scrolling performance

Before we figure out how to add a "jump to page" feature on our PDF viewer, you may want to run your PDFs through a PDF compression utility (not to be confused w/a file compression utility) to make the included images smaller and easier for the iPhone to process.

OS X has this feature built in, but there are free tools available for other platforms. We'll be updating the Documentation section w/information regarding this shortly.
